Last night I was laying in bed and decided it was time to quit smoking. I don't know exactly why I decided this, but it is most-certainly time. I am now 33yrs old and I have been smoking since I was 19.
Will I be able to do it? Who knows, but today is the first day of what could either be a more healthy existence or my own personal hell. I say that, because if I can't quit, then I'll never be able to enjoy hiking without full exhaustion immediately.
Either way, I'm not going to go fully in-depth, but I have decided that I will quit effective immediately. In fact, I haven't had one since last night, so I'm already on my way.
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
